Return and Shipping Policy
Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, return it within 30 days with a copy of your original invoice and a note explaining the problem. We will exchange the product or refund the original purchase price and pay for shipping charges.
Shipping Policy:
All in stock orders will be shipped within three to five business days via UPS to the Continental United States.
Special orders, such as Individual Power Handle Tools (LH series), will be shipped within seven to ten business days via UPS to the Continental United States.
Flexcut Tool Company will request a "Signature" upon delivery of orders over $150 USD that are placed through our website and shipped via UPS. This policy is in place to protect our customers against theft and fraud.
Canadian Orders:
Effective January 1, 2012, Flexcut Tool Company will no longer ship direct to Canadian retail consumers. This is the result of UPS rates being increased in January 2012. In addition to raising rates, additional surcharges are being added to Residential and Extended Area deliveries. Flexcut’s Canadian Resellers can deliver product to you cheaper and more effectively than we are able to.
Other International Customers:
We do not accept sales outside of the United States. We will refer other International Customers to the most appropriate International Dealer for their area.
