Shipping Policy

2016 Holiday Shipping Information:

We want to make sure you receive your packages in time for the holidays. Please consider the following schedule BEFORE placing your order:

Shipping Department Closures:

Thanksgiving Holiday
Closed Thursday, November 24, 2016, and Friday, November 25, 2016.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm ET on 11/23/2016 will not be processed until 11/28/2016.

Christmas Holiday
Closed Friday, December 23, 2016, and Monday, December 26, 2016.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm ET on 12/22/2016 will not be processed until 12/27/2016.

Retail Customers within the United States:

All products are shipped from our manufacturing plant in Erie, Pennsylvania 16509, USA.

All in stock orders will be processed and shipped within five business days via UPS to the Continental United States.

NOTE:  Flexcut Tool Company will request a "Signature" upon delivery of orders over $150.00 USD that are placed through the website and shipped via UPS. Flexcut Tool Company reserves the right to request a "Signature" upon delivery of orders that are shipped to an address other than the Billing Address provided. This policy is in place to protect our customers against theft and fraud. 

Canadian and Other International Customers:

Effective January 1, 2012, Flexcut Tool Company will no longer ship direct to Canadian retail consumers. This is the result of UPS rates being increased. In addition to raising rates, additional surcharges are being added to Residential and Extended Area deliveries. Flexcut's Canadian Resellers can deliver product to you cheaper and more effectively than we are able to.

We do not accept sales outside of the United States. International Customers can locate a dealer in their area by visiting: Find a Local Dealer


Understanding Your Order Status:

Customer has completed checkout process, Payment has been Authorized, but Order has not yet been accepted by Flexcut

Order has been accepted by Flexcut and is currently being processed

Order has been pulled and packaged and is awaiting collection from UPS

Order has been shipped and updated with UPS Tracking Information, Order is considered complete
