Retail customers located in the United States
All products are shipped from our manufacturing plant in Erie, Pennsylvania 16509, USA.
All in stock orders will be processed and shipped within five business days via UPS or USPS to the Continental United States. Order processing time is in addition to your shipping transit time.
NOTE: We may request a "Signature" upon delivery of online orders over $150.00 USD shipped via UPS. We may also request a "Signature" upon delivery for orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address.
Canadian and other international customers
We are unable to accept online orders outside of the United States. International Customers may locate their nearest Flexcut dealer to purchase our products. If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for more information.
We know you will love your Flexcut tools!
However, if you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days with a copy of your original invoice/receipt and a note explaining the problem. We will exchange the product or issue a refund of the original purchase price, as well as the shipping charges and any tax incurred.
