The 1” Flexcut Pro Chip Carving Knife Small/Slim Handle model, features a full flat grind, deep angle chip carving blade in precision heat treated 1095 steel, polished to a brilliant mirror finish. The small/slim handle is approximately 20% slimmer and slightly shorter than the full-sized handle. This knife excels at making the controlled plunge cuts needed for many chip carving styles.
